Day 13/30 ✨

Parasites, mold exposure, and heavy metals are more common than people realize—and they can sometimes contribute to symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, skin problems, low energy, and stubborn weight changes that don’t seem to improve no matter what you try.

Many people spend years guessing, trying random supplements, or following trends online without ever truly knowing what’s going on inside their body. The truth is, everyone’s body and toxic load is different. What works for one person may not work for someone else.

That’s why testing can be so helpful. Instead of guessing, specialized testing can help identify hidden toxins or imbalances so we can create a personalized plan to support your body’s natural detox pathways. The goal isn’t extreme cleanses—it’s giving your body the tools it needs to function the way it was designed to.

If you’ve been dealing with symptoms that feel unexplained or ongoing, it might be worth looking deeper. Your body is always communicating with you—we just have to learn how to listen.

Day 12/30 ✨

Exercise is important, but it doesn’t start in the gym—it starts with the foundation. A balanced meal plan, proper sleep, and the right vitamins help fuel your body so when it’s time to move, you actually feel good doing it. When your body is supported, exercise becomes easier and more enjoyable instead of feeling like a chore.

Movement looks different for everyone. For some people it’s strength training, for others it’s walking, yoga, stretching, or short daily workouts. The goal isn’t to do the most intense workout—it’s to stay consistent and find something that works for your body and lifestyle.

Start with the basics, support your body, and the rest will follow. 💪✨

Almost one full year of micro-dosing a GLP-1… and here’s what I’ve learned — and how I guide my patients through the same journey. ❤️

First, I had to support my body before asking it to change.

✨ Sleep came first.I committed to giving my body the rest it deserved — focusing on 7–9 hours of sleep every night.

✨ I changed how I exercised. For years I thought the answer was lifting heavy and pushing hard in the gym 5 days a week.Turns out… my body responded even better to incline walking and lighter strength training. Now I’m the most toned I’ve ever been.

✨ I simplified my nutrition.Instead of 3,000 supplements, I went back to the basics:• A high-quality women’s daily vitamin• 3–6 balanced meals per day• Prioritizing protein and nutrient-dense foods

✨ I reduced unnecessary stress.Protecting my energy became non-negotiable — whether that meant avoiding toxic environments, simplifying my schedule, or even skipping the dreaded grocery store run sometimes. 😂

Once those foundations were in place… I started my GLP-1.

And here’s what I noticed:

✔️ The puffiness in my face and neck decreased✔️ Clearer skin✔️ More regular cycles✔️ The food noise almost disappeared✔️ Better sleep and more stable energy✔️ Improved muscle composition

And yes — the extra weight came off, but honestly that ended up being the bonus, not the main goal.

Then I added NAD+… and that was the icing on the cake. 🙌🏻

If you’re hesitant to start this journey, I completely understand. There’s a lot of misinformation and fear online. But with the right dosing, proper guidance, and a whole-body approach, this can be an incredibly powerful tool.

I’ve now helped many patients implement this same strategy — slow, supportive, and sustainable.

If you’ve been curious about micro-dosing GLP-1s and optimizing your metabolism, I’d love to guide you through it. ❤️

Day 11/30 ✨

Let’s talk supplements. More isn’t always better. Taking too many supplements—or the wrong ones—can actually do more harm than good and may not address the root cause of what you’re experiencing.

When you book with us, we take a personalized approach. We go over your symptoms, lab results, lifestyle, and health goals to help determine which supplements could actually support your body. No guessing, no unnecessary products, and no overdoing it.

The goal is to give your body what it truly needs to function at its best. Your health plan should be intentional and personalized—not just a handful of random pills. 💊

Day 10/30 ✨

Who qualifies for HRT? Hormone Replacement Therapy isn’t just for one specific age group or stage of life. If you’re experiencing symptoms like fatigue, low libido, mood changes, brain fog, unexplained weight gain, poor sleep, low motivation, or irregular cycles, hormone imbalances could be playing a role. These symptoms can affect both men and women and often show up gradually, making them easy to overlook or dismiss as “just stress” or “getting older.”

The best way to determine if you’re a candidate is through a combination of symptoms, lab work, and a full review of your health history. Hormones such as testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and thyroid levels all work together to regulate energy, metabolism, mood, and overall wellbeing. When these levels fall out of balance, it can impact how you feel day to day.

When appropriate and properly monitored, HRT can help support energy levels, mental clarity, metabolism, muscle mass, mood stability, sleep quality, and overall quality of life. The goal isn’t to push hormones higher than normal — it’s to restore balance so your body can function the way it’s meant to.

If you’ve been feeling “off” and can’t quite figure out why, it may be worth looking into your hormones.

Let’s talk about hair loss. Shedding can sometimes happen when the body goes through rapid changes, especially if you’re under-eating or not getting enough protein and essential nutrients — but it’s not inevitable.

Hair health is closely tied to overall nutrition and how well your body is supported during times of change. When calories are too low or protein and micronutrients are lacking, the body may shift energy away from things like hair growth and focus on more essential functions. This can lead to temporary shedding for some people.

The good news is that when nutrition is balanced, calories are adequate, and you’re prioritizing protein, vitamins, and minerals, the risk of excess shedding is much lower. Supporting your body properly can make a big difference in maintaining healthy hair.

Day 7/30 ✨

Today we’re talking about peptides and how they can support overall wellness. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as messengers in the body, helping regulate many important functions. Certain peptides may help provide antioxidant support, boost metabolism, and improve sleep, mood, recovery, and energy levels by working with your body’s natural signaling processes.

When used appropriately and paired with healthy lifestyle habits like balanced nutrition, movement, and quality sleep, peptides can be a powerful tool in a comprehensive wellness plan. Everyone’s needs are different, which is why individualized care and guidance are so important when exploring options like these.

Day 6/30 🌸✨

Today we’re talking about perimenopause — the transition phase before menopause that can start years earlier than most women expect. During this time, hormones begin to fluctuate, which can lead to symptoms like irregular cycles, mood swings, brain fog, sleep issues, weight changes, hot flashes, and low libido.

Many women are told their labs are “normal,” but that doesn’t always mean hormones aren’t shifting. These changes can happen gradually, and the symptoms are often dismissed as stress, aging, or just a busy season of life.

Understanding what’s happening in your body is the first step toward feeling better and getting the support you deserve. 🤍

If you’ve been feeling a little “off” lately, you’re not alone — and there are options to help support your hormones and overall wellness.

Day 5/30 🌿✨

Today we’re talking about the powerful connection between gut health and skin health. Your skin is often a reflection of what’s happening internally. When the gut is inflamed, imbalanced, or not digesting properly, it can show up as bloating, breakouts, redness, eczema, dullness, or stubborn skin concerns that don’t respond to topical products alone.

Naturopathic care focuses on identifying and addressing root causes. That can include supporting digestion, improving nutrient absorption, balancing the gut microbiome, reducing systemic inflammation, and optimizing detox pathways. When the body is supported internally, the skin often begins to clear and glow naturally.

It’s not just about treating symptoms — it’s about restoring balance from the inside out. 🌿

Day 4/30 of our Educational Series 🎓

Today we’re talking about common symptoms of low testosterone in men. This can show up as low energy, decreased motivation, brain fog, reduced muscle mass, increased body fat (especially around the midsection), low libido, difficulty recovering from workouts, and even mood changes like irritability or feeling down.

A lot of men brush these symptoms off as “just stress,” poor sleep, or simply “getting older.” While those factors can absolutely play a role, hormone imbalance is often overlooked. Testosterone supports not just muscle and s*x drive — but also mental clarity, confidence, metabolism, and overall vitality.

The good news? Low testosterone can be evaluated with lab work and addressed with a personalized treatment plan when appropriate.

If you’ve been feeling off lately, this might be your sign to look into it. Save this for later or share it with someone who needs to see it 💬🔥

Day 3/30 of my educational series ✨

What is Bioidentical HRT?

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy uses hormones that are chemically identical to what your body naturally produces. When levels decline or fluctuate, HRT can help restore balance and improve symptoms.

For women in perimenopause and menopause, it may help with hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog, low libido, and sleep issues.
For men, testosterone therapy can support energy, muscle mass, mood, and libido when levels are low.

Hormone therapy is personalized and based on labs and symptoms — not one-size-fits-all 🤍
