Arch Care Consultants Arch Care Consultants, LLC is a regional case management company headquartered in Central Kentucky.

Arch Care Consutlants provides case management services to a variety of customers. Our medical case managers are registered nurses with Certified Case Management (CCM) status or who sit for CCM status as soon as eligible.
