Some mornings still feel like I’m already behind before the day even really starts, but this is one small thing I’ve been doing lately that helps me slow that feeling down a bit. đŸ€

It’s not anything fancy
 just a moment to sit, drink my protein coffee, and reset for a second before everything kicks in.

I’ve learned it doesn’t take a perfect morning to feel better
 just a small one that’s yours.

If your toddler won’t eat, you’re not alone 🙃

We definitely go through phases too, but these are a few things that have helped us so much:

- we eat together at the table
- she eats what we eat (with small tweaks)
- no tv or phones during meals
- I keep offering foods, even if she doesn’t eat them right away
- I keep it fun (dips, variety, trying new foods)

It’s not about forcing it, it’s about making it feel normal.

It won’t look like it used to

it’ll be slower, messier, and a little more work than you expect, but that doesn’t mean you stop doing the things you love.

It just means you bring them along for it now đŸ€

Snacks got a lot easier when I stopped overthinking them and just focused on simple, balanced options.

These are a few combos I keep on repeat because they’re quick, filling, and my toddler actually eats them:

– Cheese + fruit
– Meat stick + crackers (these have been a recent favorite for us 👀)
– Veggie pouch + crackers or cheese
– Muffins + fruit (I shared our carrot muffin recipe in my last post 🧁 message me if you want it!)
– Yogurt + berries

Nothing fancy, just things that make everyday mom life easier!
