IDDSI Level 5 Salmon made easy:
🐟 Cut into 4mm pieces for a safe, minced-and-moist texture.
🔥 Bake at 350 °F with a splash of vegetable broth to keep it tender and flavorful.
🍯 Finish with a teriyaki glaze thickened to MO3 consistency to ensure safe swallowing.
