This is the photo that fueled my desire for change. 2013 is the year I decided to take control of my health.
I had been on prednisone for a prolonged period of time and I had recently quit smoking ci******es. My eating habits were terrible and working out was the furthest thing from my mind. I was addicted to sugar; a newport short and a coke a cola was what I considered breakfast most days๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ
๐ฉI was always tired and had no energy
๐ฉI was pre diabetic
๐ฉI was taking blood pressure meds
๐ฉI suffered from frequent sarc flare ups
๐ฉI was always out of breath
๐ฉI had frequent rashes & other skin issues
๐ฉI suffered from frequent headaches
๐ฉI suffered from frequent sinus infections/issues
๐ฉI suffered from frequent unexplained aches/pains
๐ฉI was always at the doctor for something
My health was a mess! I was a mess!
Changing my diet and lifestyle was not easy! I didn't know where to begin. I did tons of research, read tons of books, and took classes to obtain the knowledge that I needed to help myself. Now I can teach other women like myself how to make the necessary changes to improve their health and wellbeing.
