All proceeds benefit Be Natural Music Therapy & Wellness, supporting community programs like Mental Health First Aid certifications, Tai Chi access, and our community drum circle.

This North Texas Giving Day, we’re bringing the community together for an evening of meditation and mindfulness in support of Be Natural Music Therapy & Wellness.

🕔 5–6 PM: QiGong, Breathwork & Meditation with Martha
🕡 6:30–7:30 PM: Meditation & Sound Bath with Breezy

Come as you are, find your calm, and help us raise funds that bring wellness and healing to underserved communities.

Join us at Cedar Hill Signature Park at 8 am for free tai chi! Donations of $20 or more will receive a small wellness bag as a thank you.

Thursday, Sept 18th- Rest, Restore and Raise Wellness Event
Join us at South Dallas Cultural Center from 5-6pm we will have QiGong and breath work with Martha and from 6:30-7:30pm we will have Meditation and Sound Bath with Breezy!
