BeFor Collective Our mission is to provide healing to the disadvantaged, disenfranchised and marginalized through ancient wisdom, traditions, teachings and ways of living.

BeFor Collective, LLC is a business started by Jeriva D. Traylor. As a service-oriented person who has volunteered her time, talent and treasures for years within the Dallas, Texas community, she created BeFor Collective as an extension of her service work. Who We Are? BeFor - We stand for healing the mind, body and spirit of an individual. BeFor(e) - We look to the past to heal an individual in the here and now. Collective - We use a number of healing traditions, teachings and ways of living to support an individual in their journey to transformation and freedom. Our vision is to be a conduit for healing through the use of ancient wisdom, traditions, teachings and ways of living, which inspires, nurtures and supports the creation of a lasting social movement for universal healing. Our mantra is Remember.Heal.Inspire. All are welcome and embraced. Yet, our focus is on serving those individuals who feel powerless or unimportant because of their skin color, body size, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion or other devalued attribute.

Let’s talk about perimenopause!

I’ve been away for a while traversing my way through perimenopause. A natural stage of the aging process that no one talks openly about but has a profound impact on women mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Through my willingness to be vulnerable, seek help and receive support from the amazing women in my life, I have moved out of the shadow into the light and am on the path to healing.

Join me on this journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance and self-care. Let’s celebrate femininity and honor the power, strength and beauty of the aging female body!

This is my physical happy place! ☀️🏝🌊

Yet, isn’t it an amazing feeling when you experience that happy place within?! That same sense of joy, bliss and satisfaction in your mental, emotional and spiritual being! The last few months of my healing journey have been focused on self-care, self-compassion, gratitude and surrender, and the out-picturing both in and out has been transformative! My spirit is standing on the beach, looking out at the sea and delighting in the view!

The Ultimate Holistic Festival starts on Saturday, June 25th, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at Armstrong Park, 100 James Collins Blvd, Duncanville, Texas. The Holistic Bootcamp includes resistance training, yoga and meditation, African drumming and dance, nutrition and gardening, dance therapy and holistic spa services. Other festival activities include Top Vegan Chef Challenge, Jeruselema Dance Challenge, giveaways, entertainment, vendors and much more!
