FACTS:

🔹The leading cause of injury age 55+ is falling due to decreasing mobility and flexibility

🔹Between ages 30-70, a persons maximum range of motion decreases by as much as 30% 

🔹Lower flexibility may be linked with higher mortality

I'm still a few weeks away from getting my LMT license, but my website has been updated to reflect NEW service options, my membership program, and updated prices! EXCITING THINGS AFOOT 🤩
I’ve been cleared to start my student massage hours (aka internship), which means licensure is right around the corner! Excited to get everything set up in my home studio for now - and *hopefully* moving into a private studio in the fall!
