Feeling inflammatory? You’re not alone! Most of us are full of inflammation… and your food choices just may be the culprit - even if you are eating healthy. At a minimum, those choices may be exacerbating it! A big one that we overlook? Seed oils!! If you want to reduce inflammation, skip the refined sugar, processed foods and seed oils:
• Canola oil (rapeseed)
• Soybean oil
• Corn oil
• Sunflower oil
• Safflower oil
• Cottonseed oil
• Grapeseed oil
• Rice bran oil
• Vegetable oil (usually a blend ⬆️)
