Really, try to plan the food for after birth. My best suggestion is to double your favorite recipes and freeze half so there are easy options to heat up. Planning meals for a family 3 times a day is still my hardest mom task… almost 10 years in. Does this part get easier?? I don’t know but I’m trying to figure out how. Love, V

Release what was. Easier said than done. Most certainly difficult for me when my first baby came along. My life before. No one needing me for everything. The freedom that was. But those thoughts begin to quiet with time. Releasing what was means different things now. So I’m sure it’s different for all of us. Hello to my new followers! And a big hello and thank you to the ones that keep sticking around! My goal on this page is to be a placenta education resource and a mom support resource. I’m a mom of 2, and almost 10 years in, which seems crazy to me. And this photo is how you’d probably see me most of the time these days… adjusting my wonky fitting glasses from being hit in the face with balls 🤦‍♀️ 😆 😂 It’s on my mile long list of things to do to stop and get them re-adjusted. Momming is hard in every stage, luckily it keeps getting more fun. 🤩 🥰😊💞 Love, V
