Custom board for Rosh Hashanah. Each food is a symbol of the Jewish New Year.

We created this board for the recipient of a silent auction benefiting Pedi Place. We are proud to support our health care heroes and local farm community.

This custom board was inspired by summer and features local products and botanicals from our gardens.

A few highlights!

Mini peppers stuffed with whipped cream cheese and homemade pesto

Hatch chili roasted corn

A comb of honey infused with sprigs of fresh lavender

Pickled shish*to peppers from Bonton Farms in South Dallas

Homemade white bean and herb dip using rosemary, thyme, basil, and oregano

Hand-rolled white Stilton balls with lemon zest and lavender buds

Texas pecans roasted with fresh sprigs of rosemary and flecks of Malden salt

It’s apricot season and we are making it Texas y’all!

We are pairing sweet red apricots with Texas sizzle ... jalapeño honey, balsamic basil, White Stilton cheese, pink lemons, black truffle homegrown pecans ... It’s sweet and spicy, sassy and classy.
