Anytime you wanna make a physical change financial change mental change be a better person change be a better person change one of my mentors taught me this a long time ago and basically you know we have you know our basic level of why you know so if it's fitness like I wanna be healthy why what does that mean why why do you wanna be healthy well because I want to look better why do you wanna look better because I want to feel better what why exactly do you wanna feel better it makes you think about what is that level and what unpacking that level so because I don't like and and basically you get to a you know by the time you hit the seventh doesn't always have to happen at 7 but by the time you hit 7 you will have gotten to the answer so for me one of the things that is really personal to me is you know so this is my job so it's a little different for me and I have multiple layers to my why on why I wanna be in shape one my dad in his 50s had all actually in a 60s had a stroke and he's in a nursing home now and multiple heart attacks he's been very immobile he's he's spending his final years in there it is heartbreaking to bring my kids over there and you know they can't play with grandpa because of that so that drives the me so hard to not ever let that happen to me or really anyone else around me so that pushes me really hard another thing is I wanna be taken serious in my field I don't feel like I would be able to make a a good living if I look like crap so that also drives me another thing is vein purposes I wanna look good with my shirt off I want people to kind of be a little envious of the hard work that I put in so that's just me being very truthful that's my seven love layers of why so what are yours what's really driving you to be that person I wanna be a great example for my kids I wanna be a great example for my spouse I want my friends to be able not just the envy thing but also build them up I want people to win around me I wanna be the you know the root of all of that and so those are my seven layers of why what are yours?

Starting to hate your workouts?

First and foremost I was once where you are. In my 30's I became a fatter, unhappy and constantly tired version of myself. I was a once long tenured, highly accoladed & big-time personal training coach that started was failing as a father and husband. 🔥 Rise and grind, Warriors! 💪 Coach Donny here, answering one of the burning questions I get all the time: How do I juggle multiple businesses, four kids, a busy schedule, and still stay in top shape? 🤔 Let me tell you, it's all about the routine!
⏰ My morning routine is my secret sauce. And let me be real with you, it's not about trying to be perfect right off the bat. No, it's about building those habits, one step at a time, until they become second nature.
🚶‍♂ First things first, I'm up at 4 a.m. Yep, you heard me right. Early bird gets the gains! I hit the garage, crack open that treadmill, and start with a slow walk. Fresh air, audiobook in my ears, it's my time to center myself and get moving.
💦 Then it's time to turn up the heat. I grab some pre-workout, kick it into high gear, and turn that walk into a sweat-inducing workout. By 5:45 a.m., I've crushed my self-development, got my steps in, and the world is still asleep. That's what I call a head start!
🍳 Back in the house by 8 a.m., I've already cooked breakfast, cleaned up, and set the tone for the day. Winning attitude? You betcha! And it all starts with that killer morning routine.
