Did you know there are three things everyone should be doing right off the bat to achieve optimal health?
Sleep
Stress
Cold Exposure
Managing these three things is key to starting a journey toward a healthier life.
Without a proper amount of sleep each night, your body is unable to function the way it's supposed to. On top of that, being able to turn off your mind during sleep helps the body to reset so you're ready to take on the following day.
When it comes to stress, it can have a surprising amount of damage to your health. "There are no amount of dark green leafy salads you can eat that makeup or living at a stressed-out life."
This might sound a little weird, but being cold can help your health too!
Being exposed to cold is a "hack that has more systemic benefits in your body." And you don't have to stay cold for very long to get the longevity benefits.
However, there is no quick fix when it comes to your health. Achieving optimal health is a journey, but when you commit you can have enormous amounts of benefits.
