This yoga day retreat is an all day immersion in authentic yoga rooted in tradition with two very experienced yoga teachers and mentors, Ricky Tran and DeAnna Shires. Together, Ricky and DeAnna have over 40 years of combined experience in the practice, study and teachings of yoga.
We have 7 transformational programs lined up for you this day!
Expect lots of yoga, contemplative learning, like-hearted community, healing, partner work, building mental and physical resilience/nervous system strengthening.

8:00 AM Arrival
9:00 AM Group mashing
10:00 AM Talk: Nervous System
10:30 AM Hard Yoga, Easy Life
12:00 PM Ice Bath, no problem
1:00 PM Bring your own lunch/snacks/community
2:30 PM Yoga Nidra/Nervous System
3:00 PM Mantra/Pranayama
4:00 PM Circle Q&A/Sharing
5:30 PM Group clean
6:00 PM End
We will supply:
*Coffee and tea
*Sacred space for healing, transformation and awakening
*Authentic teachings based on 40+ years of learning
*Audio equipment
*Equipment for mashing
*Ice bath (tub and 400 lbs of ice)
*Honest natural body wash for quick rinse before cold plunge
You bring:
*Yoga mat and props (2 blocks, strap, seated cushion)
*3 outfits: yoga outfit, swim suit and something warm (for after ice bath)
*Bath towel
*Snacks/lunch (for best results, eat lightly)
*Sweetener/creamer for your coffee/tea
*Journal or notes
