Your pelvic floor is doing more behind the scenes than most people realize.
It supports your organs, helps with bladder and bowel control, stabilizes your core and posture, supports sexual health, and protects against pressure and prolapse. When it’s not functioning well, your body lets you know, often in ways we’ve been taught to ignore or normalize.
Understanding your pelvic floor is the first step toward caring for it. And care doesn’t mean something is “wrong”. It means your body deserves support.
