Shelby Carino A calm space for integration-not hype, fear, or quick fixes Hi, I'm Shelby! My biggest passion is teaching and relationships, specifically in the sector of love.

Welcome to The Queen of Total Wellness, where I help women navigating spiritual awakening & life transitions find clarity, emotional stability, and self-trust through grounded, ethical education. I get excited about mentoring women and guiding them on their highest journey of their authentic maternal self. When women are fully connected to their divine spiritual selves, with all their communication channels activated, they are in their full power, able to fulfill their little girl fantasy of relationships and turn it into a full-fledged reality. When I'm not mentoring women and their relationships, I love spending time with my husband Joe because he is my best friend. I'm a big fan of chips and queso, and I always order my tea half sweet and half unsweet. I love anything that has crystal blue water, and the beach is my haven of peace because I'm a Pisces and I love all things water. I thrive in warm weather, tank tops, flip flops, and windows open on a nice warm sunny day. I also enjoy working out, volunteering in my community, and traveling to fulfill my spiritual mission of service work. Movies are another one of my passions, and I love connecting with people to help them find their higher purpose. I believe that every woman has the potential to create the relationship she desires and deserves, and I'm dedicated to helping them achieve that goal. Let's connect and discover what's possible for you!

I’m starting something new on Instagram this Monday.

It’s called “Let’s Wake Up Together.” ☀️

Each morning I’ll share a short, real-life check-in — just a few moments of conversation about how the day feels, what’s on my mind, and whatever thoughts come up as the morning begins.

It’s meant to be a small moment of connection before the day gets busy.

If you enjoy authentic conversations about life, energy, and navigating the day ahead, I’d love for you to join me.

The first one begins Monday morning on Instagram.

See you Monday! Woot! Woot!

At some point on this journey you start realizing how much of your energy has been living everywhere else.

In other people’s expectations.
In relationships that needed your constant attention.
In trying to hold everything together for everyone else.

And slowly you begin to call it back.

Returning to your own energy isn’t selfish.
It’s actually the moment things begin to rebalance.

It’s when you stop trying to manage the world around you and start coming back to the center of yourself.

This is something I talked about in this week’s ShelbyRADIO episode.

If you’ve been feeling this shift, you’re not alone.

When you feel ready you can listen to the full episode on your favorite podcast platform or my YouTube channel .

Something shifts when growth stops being exciting and starts being consistent 🫶
In the earlier stages, awareness feels vivid. There’s a lot to process, a lot to understand, a lot to re-evaluate. It can feel active. But over time, that intensity can settle.

The need to constantly interpret every feeling softens. The urgency to make dramatic changes slows down. There’s less pressure to prove that you’re evolving. Instead, there’s a quieter confidence.

Not because everything is perfect — but because your nervous system doesn’t feel like it has to brace the way it used to. That shift can feel subtle. It doesn’t make for a dramatic story, but it’s often where real stability begins.

Growth that lasts usually looks less impressive and feels more sustainable. If that’s the phase you’re moving through, you’re not stalled. You may simply be building something steadier.

Something that feels very present right now for many people is the idea of returning to your own energy.

Not trying to become someone new…
but remembering who you already are underneath the noise, expectations, and pace of the world.

Sometimes the most powerful shift we can make is simply slowing down long enough to reconnect with ourselves.

So I’m curious…

Where in your life are you being asked to return to your own energy?

🎧 This reflection came from this week’s ShelbyRADIO conversation.

There are seasons of growth where what you need most isn’t more stimulation. It’s something you can return to.

A steady voice, clear language, and thoughtful structure.
That’s why I write books the way I do 🤍

They’re not designed to overwhelm you with concepts. They’re designed to help awareness settle. To give language to what you’re experiencing. To support spiritual integration in a way that feels practical and grounded.

Books allow you to move at your own pace. To revisit a chapter when something begins to make more sense.

For many women, having something tangible — something you can hold and return to — becomes part of stabilizing growth.

If you’re navigating spiritual awakening, identity shifts, or emotional recalibration, you’re welcome to explore the books at shelbycarino.com whenever it feels supportive for you.

There’s something quietly powerful about this phase of growth.
It’s not loud. It’s not dramatic. It’s not a breakthrough moment.
It’s clarity 🤍

When awareness expands, you begin noticing things you couldn’t see before. Subtle shifts. Energy changes. What feels aligned — and what no longer does. That doesn’t always feel instantly peaceful. But it is progress.

You may find that:
• your standards are rising
• your tolerance for misalignment is shrinking
• you need more intention and less noise
• you trust your internal cues faster

Awareness refines you before it stabilizes you. And refinement is a strength.
If you want to explore this more deeply, I wrote a full article last month on spiritual integration and emotional stability. It’s available at shelbycarino.com whenever you’re ready to read. 🌿

Something I've been reflecting on lately...

Spiritual growth doesn't always mean becoming someone new. Sometimes it means returning to the part of yourself that has always been there.

I talked about this in this week's ShelbyRADIO episode.

There’s something deeply meaningful about watching confidence take root over time. The kind that feels natural. Steady. Integrated into everyday life.

Recently, Lindsey shared this after moving through the curriculum:
“Shelby’s curriculum helped me completely shift my energy and mindset. I feel more empowered and confident in every area of my life. I can't recommend her enough!” — Lindsey, 40

Her words reflect what steady growth often creates — a stronger relationship with your own clarity, your own decisions, your own direction.

Empowerment doesn’t have to be loud. It’s lived in your everyday experience. It shows up in conversations. In boundaries. In how you carry yourself through ordinary days.

Seeing women grow into that kind of embodied confidence is something I never take lightly.
