Shelby Carino A calm space for integration-not hype, fear, or quick fixes Hi, I'm Shelby! My biggest passion is teaching and relationships, specifically in the sector of love.

Welcome to The Queen of Total Wellness, where I help women navigating spiritual awakening & life transitions find clarity, emotional stability, and self-trust through grounded, ethical education. I get excited about mentoring women and guiding them on their highest journey of their authentic maternal self. When women are fully connected to their divine spiritual selves, with all their communication channels activated, they are in their full power, able to fulfill their little girl fantasy of relationships and turn it into a full-fledged reality. When I'm not mentoring women and their relationships, I love spending time with my husband Joe because he is my best friend. I'm a big fan of chips and queso, and I always order my tea half sweet and half unsweet. I love anything that has crystal blue water, and the beach is my haven of peace because I'm a Pisces and I love all things water. I thrive in warm weather, tank tops, flip flops, and windows open on a nice warm sunny day. I also enjoy working out, volunteering in my community, and traveling to fulfill my spiritual mission of service work. Movies are another one of my passions, and I love connecting with people to help them find their higher purpose. I believe that every woman has the potential to create the relationship she desires and deserves, and I'm dedicated to helping them achieve that goal. Let's connect and discover what's possible for you!

If you’ve felt a little more unsettled after becoming more aware, I want to say something gently: That can happen, and it’s okay.

Increased awareness doesn’t always feel peaceful at first. Sometimes it simply means you’re noticing what was already there. When clarity grows, it can bring long-ignored emotions closer to the surface. It can make certain dynamics feel louder. It can highlight where you’ve been stretching yourself thin.

Awareness tends to move first. Emotional steadiness follows as integration deepens. And that in-between space can feel tender. There’s nothing wrong with you if this phase feels sensitive.

Sensitivity during spiritual growth is often a sign that your nervous system is adjusting to expanded perception. Over time, with grounding and structure, that sensitivity becomes discernment. It becomes clarity. It becomes strength.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to share in the comments. Sometimes simply knowing you’re not alone is steadying. 🤍

Learning to trust yourself again isn’t loud or a big moment.

It’s quiet…

It’s choosing to pause before you ask someone else what you should do.

This is something I guide women through often….you are not alone in it.

Growth begins the moment you stop forcing life.

Sometimes we try to force something to happen simply because we want things to stay the same.

But when we do that, we often move against the natural ebb and flow of life and our own human design.

Growth rarely comes through force.

It begins with awareness.

And if we resist awareness, we can’t expect something new to simply appear in our lives.

Sometimes the most powerful shift we can make is allowing ourselves to see clearly what is changing.

That awareness is often the beginning of a new chapter.

Returning to yourself takes time.

It took time for your energy to slowly travel outward.

Responsibilities.
Expectations.
The pace of life.

So it makes sense that returning to yourself takes time too.

But something beautiful often happens when your energy begins coming back to you.

You start to feel a quiet sense of inspiration…intuition…the feeling that something new in your life is beginning.

Sometimes a new chapter doesn’t arrive suddenly.

Sometimes it arrives through the slow return of your own energy.
