Day 3 of the storm.
Day 3 of being locked in.
Day 3 of Worry.
I'm sure the cabin fever is real but let's not allow it to take us down.
Instead let's clear our minds and remind our bodies were safe.
If all you have is your living room, a chair, and 10-15 minutes to clear your mind with me… that’s enough.
Clear-the-Mind Home Flow (10–15 min)
Start with 2 minutes of breath
• Inhale through the nose for 4
• Hold for 2
• Exhale through the mouth for 6
Let your shoulders drop. Let the noise quiet.
Then move intentionally:
• March in place: 1 minute
Slow, controlled, grounding your feet into the floor
• Chair squats: 10 reps
Exhale as you stand, remind yourself: I can rise
• Wall push-ups: 10 reps
Strong but gentle. You’re supporting yourself.
• Standing reach + side bend: 5 each side
Make space where stress likes to sit
• Seated twist: 30 seconds each side
Let go of what you don’t need to carry today
• Finish with stillness: 2 minutes
Hands on heart or belly.
Ask yourself: What do I need right now?
If today all you did was breathe and move a little…
that counts.
