It’s Friday and you know what I say about a weekend…it’s just different days on the calendar. Not a time to “take off” from your health. It’s a great chance to prep for next week and Thanksgiving! This quote sums up what we teach in our program. Habits are everything when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. You get results by having good habits. Exercise is a habit. Healthy eating is a habit. Prepping food is a habit. Getting regular sleep is a habit. All of these stacked together build a base for a much healthier lifestyle. In the first month of our program we teach you how to start and/or change small habits that all add up to big results. Someone in FT+ this week told me they aren’t making much progress. But I looked at her record and all I saw was a line consistently going in a downward trend. Was it straight down? No but it was a gradual slide going down. 📉 And that’s progress. We live in an Amazon society where we want things now and for it to come pretty easily. But when it comes to your health it’s something you do each day. And all the things you go each day add up to progress. So what are you doing? Every little decision makes a difference. Hmmmm. Who needs this today? I saw this and thought it was great to share. It’s a reminder that everything we do pays off! Especially what we do when no one is looking. There are days when I don’t want to prep or shop. Days I don’t want to exercise. Days I want yo drive through and pick up something to eat rather than go home and make a healthier choice. But staying disciplined and knowing that I’m better off making a different choice is what pays off. Am I perfect? Far from it. But it’s my consistent choices that keep me on my healthier path and pay off. So let’s make great choices this week…even when no one’s looking. Happy Hump Day!!
