2015 → 2021 → 2025
Three photos. Three chapters.
2015: 245 lbs. Drinking daily. No control over food. I thought I was healthy — I wasn’t.
2021: 215 lbs. Looked “in shape,” but dealt with gut issues, fatigue, and constant aches.
2025: 189 lbs. 39 years old. No gut issues. No knee pain (after 9 surgeries). Running again for the first time in 10+ years and feeling like I’m in my 20s.
This didn’t happen by accident.
It took me 38 years to stop following trends and start listening to my body — what I eat, what I put into it, and what I ignore all matters. Peptides may be controversial, but for me, they changed my life.
I say this as someone with 12 years as an ICU nurse. Not every body is the same. Not every protocol works the same. Sometimes the science doesn’t “science,” and you have to think outside the box.
I stayed mostly silent for a year — learning, refining, and doing the work. Now I’m ready to share what I’ve learned, what I’m doing, and how peptide therapy, when used intentionally, can support healing, recovery, and body composition.
And this is just the beginning. Big things are coming.
