Happy Valentine’s Day and Happy Heart Month ❤️

Heart disease is the number one killer of both women and men.
One of the simplest ways to support your heart is Zone 2 movement.

Zone 2 is steady, moderate cardio where you can still hold a conversation but would not want to sing. Think easy jogging, brisk walking, or cycling where breathing is elevated but controlled, just below the point of gasping for air.

Small efforts, done consistently, protect your heart.

💥Progress comes from consistency, not a birthday.
