Part 1- progressions for dead bug using a foam roller, Swiss ball, band and dumbbells

Part 2- side plank progressions using body weight, band and dumbbells

Part 3- bird dog progressions using body weight, fmt tube and workout bands

Dr. Chris explains our foam rolling protocols for the lower body. The areas you want to focus on are the glutes, piriformis, quads, tfl, calves and hamstrings.

The studies have shown that foam rolling can reduce muscle soreness, and increase range of motion.

We recommend incorporating foam rolling as a warm-up before you do mobility and activation or stability work. Happy rolling!
