My Cleaner Life Now started the moment I decided I had to make a change to “live”. See I had spent most of my life gaining and losing weight, over and over again. After the passing of several family members, the last two being my mom, then my sister, I had a long look in the mirror. That’s when I realized if I did not make drastic changes for my health, mind and spirit, I would have been next. I was morbidly obese, even though I rarely ate.

We all face challenges some are mental, physical and spiritual. trying to achieve the best version of ourselves what we fail to realize is that it takes all three for optimum health and wellness.
