At COCO Microgreens, everything we grow is fresh, intentional, and grown just for you. That means we’re a grow‑to‑order business.

When I say we are a grow‑to‑order business, I mean everything we grow is based on your needs and your wants. You tell me what your family loves, what your kitchen uses, or what your business needs — and then I grow it specifically for you.

No guessing. No overgrowing. No waste. Just fresh, intentional food grown with purpose.

🌱 How My Grow‑to‑Order Schedule Works

• We plant on Sundays & Mondays
• Most crops grow for about 12-14 days. 🤓

Happy Taco Tuesday!

I am here to remind you that microgreens are perfect for tacos!!

Skip the lettuce on tacos and add microgreens instead for the same satisfying crunch but with about a million times more nutrition and so much more flavors!

These tacos were thrown together with some leftovers in the fridge and I added some Micro Radish and Micro Arugula😘🙌

So good!!

We've got an incredible lineup of vendors ready to bring you everything from pasture-raised meats🥩 and just-picked produce to handmade breads, cheese, and artisan goods.

Wow! Saint Michael's Farmers Market community!!! So grateful for all who came out to help, to organize and to help our neighbors in Kerrville! 3 truckfull of donations of “people and pets’ essentials” to Austin Pets Alive! And City of Kerrville! Thank you!!!

Saint Michael’s Farmers Market is partnering with Good Local Markets and our shared wonderful vendor, Sojeong with Leo’s Bark, to conduct a “People and Pet Drive” for our neighbors impacted by the flooding on the Guadalupe.

🧼 People & Household Donation Needs:
• Gift cards from Home Depot and Walmart for families
• Infant/adult diapers
• Baby wipes
• Work gloves (L/XL)
• Square-point shovels, rakes
• Small generators
• Construction/contractor trash bags
• Cleaning supplies: sponges, gloves, disinfectant spray
• Laundry supplies: laundry soap, bleach, dryer sheets
• Paper goods: paper plates, plastic cups and cutlery, toilet paper, paper towels

These items will be delivered to Texans on Mission in Dallas to be transported to the Hill Country (please note: Texans on Mission is not collecting clothing at this time).

🐶 Pet-Related Donation Needs (will go to Austin Pets Alive, who is working with Kerrville Pets
Alive):
• Dog & cat food (wet/dry; opened dry food bags OK)
• Tarps, towels (stains OK), sheets, pet beds
• Flea and tick medication
• Potty/pee pads
• unexpired medication

These items will be delivered by Sojeong herself.
