Most people try to “eat less” and end up fighting cravings all day.
I do the opposite: I build my first meal so my appetite doesn’t bully me by 3pm. 😅

✅ ~50g protein
✅ ~10g fiber
= steady energy + satisfied + fewer snack attacks.

🍚 Quinoa + mixed veggies
🍳 Omelette with ground chicken breast
☕️ Hot choco with soy milk

These one-hour cooking classes (every Sunday at 5 PM CST) are designed to be fun and easy so that you can cook along with us... using only 7 ingredients or less, for each recipe. The global pandemic has changed everyone’s normal schedule of activities, and has highlighted the need for everyone to stay healthy and limit social activities. We have always been advocates of healthy and simple home cooking, and firmly believe that it doesn’t have to be complicated nor expensive. Hope you can join us, and help us spread the simple joys of home cooking. At the very least, you can learn something new that you can add to your family recipe box.
