I stopped counting calories… and started eating like this — and honestly, my energy has never thanked me more 😅✨

I’m not trying to be a “perfect health girl.”
I just wanted to stop feeling tired, stop snacking every hour, and actually feel good in my body.

What helped wasn’t stricter rules…
It was better nutrition.
Simple things like:
✨ enough protein
✨ enough fiber
✨ meals that actually support my day

This brunch?
62g protein + 15g fiber + homemade hot chocolate from scratch.
Still delicious. Still cozy.
Just… built in a way that helps me feel better.

And here’s the truth:
Most of us were taught to “eat less”…
not how to build a meal that gives us energy, balance, and fewer cravings.

These one-hour cooking classes (every Sunday at 5 PM CST) are designed to be fun and easy so that you can cook along with us... using only 7 ingredients or less, for each recipe. The global pandemic has changed everyone’s normal schedule of activities, and has highlighted the need for everyone to stay healthy and limit social activities. We have always been advocates of healthy and simple home cooking, and firmly believe that it doesn’t have to be complicated nor expensive.
