We had our first post op appointment today with Dr Fearon and Dr Sacco (neurosurgeon) and Nolan is doing amazing!! His scar looks great, with just a few scabs lingering where he sleeps on it. His head shape is doing perfect! He’s grown a centimeter around and it’s all in the places they are wanting.
Neurologically, he’s great! He’s actually ahead developmentally (they used a big word that I don’t even know how to pronounce, let alone spell).
We are SO dang proud of our sweet little cranio warrior.
Dr Fearon said that after his one year post op appointments, we should be able to go 3-4 years until his next follow up!!! So exciting that our little guy is FINALLY doing great and his personality is coming out so strong. He is such a sweet, happy little guy who talks non stop (gets it from his daddy lol). He even got the official okay for mutton bustin and rodeo! 🤠
Thank you so much to everybody who has followed along on our journey! Don’t worry, we aren’t going anywhere. I will keep updating everybody on his progress through the years. 💜
