✨ At the heart of my work as a therapist is one simple truth, to guide you to reconnect and repair the relationship with the parts of you that have been fragmented and suppressed. So many of the struggles we carry: PTSD, people-pleasing, relationship patterns, body image pain, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from yourself—come from parts of you that were never given the chance to be seen, heard, or cared for.
Many of us learned early on, to exile pieces of ourselves because it wasn’t safe to feel them.
Maybe you grew up with emotional neglect, inconsistent or invalidating caregiving, shame-based parenting, or environments filled with stress and chaos.
Maybe certain emotions were shamed or punished.
Maybe you had to grow up too fast.
Maybe your nervous system learned to stay in hypervigilance just to survive.
Or maybe you learned to become who everyone else needed you to be—while quietly abandoning yourself.
My goal isn’t to “fix” you.
-My goal is to help you meet yourself again.
-To guide you as you repair the relationship with the parts of you that were suppressed, silenced, or too overwhelming to face alone.
-To help you create safety inside your own body and learn how to come home to yourself—gently, slowly, and with compassion.
If this speaks to you, you’re not alone. I’m here to walk with you as you reconnect, rebuild, and rediscover the parts of you that are waiting to be welcomed back to return to wholeness. 🌿
