First Sunday of 2026 and the message is grace. Grace for leaders who carried a lot last year. Grace for the pivots, the lessons, and the decisions made behind the scenes.

I am entering this year leading with clarity, alignment, and trust. Building with intention. Releasing what no longer serves the mission. And giving myself grace as I execute the vision God placed in my hands.

Fact Friday.

Research shows that only about 20% of strategic initiatives actually succeed. Not because leaders lack vision, but because ex*****on breaks down over time.

That number stuck with me.

Most people don’t fail from lack of ideas. They fail because consistency, follow-through, and alignment slip once the excitement wears off.

This year taught me how much discipline matters.
Next year is about aligning effort with goals and staying committed long after the planning phase.

Sharing this for perspective, not pressure.

A quiet reflection of 2025.

This was the year I showed up for myself more consistently than ever before.
Not perfectly, but with discipline and follow-through.

I cranked it out and started placing my footprint, even on the days I was ready to give up. And somehow, every time it felt like the work wasn’t worth it, someone would say, “I see you. I see you out here working.”

Those moments mattered more than people realize.

Even when the progress didn’t feel loud or obvious, knowing others noticed inspired me to keep going. Consistency did that. And through consistency came clarity.

Next year, I’m aligning fully with my goals and going all in.
2026, I’m coming for everything that’s mine.
And I invite you to do the same.

Everyone wants a fresh year.
Few people close the loop on the old one.

Before 2026 begins, pause and decide what no longer belongs on your plate.

Most overwhelm is not from doing too much.
It comes from holding onto tasks, roles, and decisions that should have been released a long time ago.

Clarity creates momentum.
Not hustle.

Going into 2026, my mission is clear.

My work has always been rooted in advocacy. Making sure people are heard, elevated, and supported. That came from building multiple businesses, leading teams, and raising a family at the same time.

The biggest lesson that changed everything for me was delegation. Not as a tactic. Not as a shortcut. But as a leadership skill.

That is the lens I am bringing forward.

In 2026, I am focused on leaders at capacity. Leaders who want to grow without carrying everything themselves.

Preparation often feels like nothing is happening.

This year didn’t look loud from the outside.
There were pauses, recalibrations, and moments where progress wasn’t obvious.

But preparation rarely announces itself.
It shows up quietly in the decisions you refine, the boundaries you strengthen, and the clarity you gain about what you are no longer willing to carry.

If 2025 felt slower, trust that it was building capacity.
Some seasons don’t produce visible results.
They produce stability, direction, and readiness.

I’ve been through a lot. Postpartum depression. Losing sight of who I was. Learning myself again in real time.

There were moments I felt left behind. Like everything paused while everyone else kept moving.
But that pause was intentional. Pouring into my family was the best decision I could have made.

With the support of my husband, my family, and my friends, I found my way back.
Not rushed. Not forced. Just aligned.

2026 is about growth and alignment.
And now, it’s our time.
