A gentle reminder that labor is not quick and easy. It’s going to take hours, maybe days to get you from 1 to 10. Be gentle with yourself!

A reminder to the new moms:
•
You are not superwoman, you don’t have to say yes, you can rest. Say no and then stop.🛑
•
The pile of clothes can stay there- you can deal with that later.
•
You deserve the mani/pedi - that new baby toy can wait.
•
Ask your friends to come over - let your village support you!
•
Hire the caterer for the holidays. Hire the postpartum doula. Hire the babysitter for alone time. - You deserve it!!!
•
Most of all say nice things to yourself. You are doing a great job. You have done great work. Your baby survived the day. You did it mom!!!!
