Heading to a new park or event center? Watch out for:
• Uneven sidewalks & loose gravel
• Steep curbs
• Big crowds & excited pets 🐾
✅ Plan ahead and map your route!

🔥 Stay Cool in the Heat
Don’t let high temps slow you down:
• Use portable fans or cooling towels
• Wear breathable clothing or cooling vests
💧 Aim for 2–3 liters of water a day—that’s 4–6 bottles!

🤸‍♂️ Stretch Before You Go!
Walking to fireworks or a festival? Warm up with:
• Leg kicks
• Heel/toe raises
• Trunk twists & more!
🪑 All stretches can be done sitting or standing!

Patient had chronic swelling and discomfort in both of his legs after a lumbar fusion surgery. Therapeutic cupping was the only thing that helped alleviate his symptoms!
