Thre room spray may be my favorite sent ever sea salt and vanilla, it last for ever. Nice clean sent!

So who’s ready for Christmas 🎄?? Not me by a long shot. This week we are focusing on completing our holiday preparations while organizing the house. So far we have installed lights on the house and put lil trees 🌲 in our powder bath. We still have a significant amount of work to accomplish. Where are you on your Christmas decorations?

Just a few quick swaps Ive made at home 🏠 front GC Control in my coffee, adding 10 grams of protein.
In my morning shake, I try to do intermittent fasting not eat after 8pm and not eat before 10am. A easy fix for me is a shake that I can take to work.
Helps control those cravings, supporting your glucose levels. This is part of the R3 weight loss plan, this product does contain milk and soy.
