KETTLE BELL CIRCUIT 🛎
Three reasons I love training with a kettle bell:
🛎 It is an unconventional implement that, when used properly, forces the user to pull, push, press, and stabilize in ways that are unique to any free weight.
🛎 It provides the user the opportunity to improve neuromuscular coordination (the ability of the brain and muscles to work together to move the body).
🛎 Grip strength can be improved dramatically due to the design and shape of the kettlebell.
