Many people have asked me about my journey towards healing and how I managed to overcome the darkness in my life. The truth is, healing is a complex and multidimensional process that is not always linear, but it does require intentionality. One powerful tool that I have consistently utilized is self-talk, and I firmly believe that changing the way we talk to ourselves can be transformative. This is exactly why I created these sets of self-love affirmation cards, to share the profound impact that affirmations can have. ❤️‍🩹 Over the past six years, I have used these affirmation cards to reboot my mindset and cultivate a more positive outlook, and I have witnessed remarkable changes in my life! If someone had told me years ago that I would be mentoring and helping hundreds of women, I wouldn’t have believed it. Yet here I am—standing in awe as I witness these courageous souls healing from generational trauma, choosing healthy love, raising conscious children, reclaiming their power, and flourishing in the lives they are now joyfully creating.

To watch not only these women rise, but to see their children blossoming before my eyes—it’s beyond words.🥹

I am profoundly grateful for my painful past, for every wound became a sacred initiation that prepared me for this purpose. ✨ This is truly my mission and passion. And I am grateful I get to do this sacred work. ❤️

I'm so grateful to have witnessed this live! I love the moon and all the lessons it provides. The moon has taught me that every phase of my life carries its own sacred beauty. I don't need to feel complete to be whole; each season of my journey is here with a purpose. When I choose to honor the lesson and the light within every chapter, I discover that even the in-between moments are miracles in motion. I'm grateful for every phase of this human experience! 🤩 🌙✨❤️
