Since 2006, our highly experienced and compassionate team at Comfort Rehab & Chiropractic Center has been devoted to helping those in the Dallas area overcome chronic pain and recover from injury. With our specialized treatment and multi-disciplinary approach, we’re able to treat everything from headaches and migraines to carpal tunnel and sciatica. We also specialize in treating veterans, those suffering from chronic pain, and those involved in auto accidents, work-related injuries, or sports injuries.
