This transition reflects our commitment to revitalizing communities through restored occupancy, stability, and long-term vibrancy, in partnership with Silver Wave Capital and Capsight Investments.

As President Greg Puklicz shared, “Our mission is to bring renewed energy, local presence, and a fresh commitment to service quality, ensuring residents and families feel at home and supported.”
