Imran shows up every day with compassion, patience, and servitude to this community! We are extremely grateful for Imran’s dedication and hard work for our team! Congrats Imran!

We are so excited to recognize Vanessa as our Windcom RBT of the Month for November! Vanessa has shown incredible dedication all month long, and her hard work has made such a huge impact on both clients and staff. She always brings amazing engagement to her sessions, especially with our younger kiddos, and she consistently shows up ready to give her best. Vanessa stepped up in such a big way by running a play date with two clients that often display more challenging behaviors, and she handled it with so much confidence and care. Vanessa also took the initiative to help clean up a session for a fellow staff member so they could stay engaged and keep their play going with their client who typically has a harder time enjoying functional play!
Vanessa has also shown strong leadership and dedication during lunch group, when she put a client down for nap and still made time to sit the other kids down for circle time right after. She also has been seen helping another staff member lead group for the very first time, providing support and encouragement. Vanessa is always willing to help watch clients and assist with programming, especially when promoting appropriate conversations and engagement are involved. Her clinical awareness has been amazing; she consistently redirects older clients to make appropriate requests with articulation, helping their progress stay on track. She is always aware of client behaviors and precursors and immediately implements protocols before they escalate.
Vanessa continues to be someone we can rely on, someone who uplifts her clients and team, and someone who makes each day better with her effort and attitude.
