RBT of the Month - Windcom– January 2026:
Taylor Byard consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and team. She responds effectively during challenging moments by following behavior protocols, such as promptly implementing self-management tools when a client begins to escalate and closely follows behavior plans when early precursors appear. Taylor also shows strong initiative throughout the day—proactively finding her next client before the hour ends, communicating with team to ensure smooth transitions between sessions, offering solutions when scheduling gaps arise, and stepping in to help teammates without hesitation.
In addition to her initiative, Taylor takes pride in her work and the environment she helps create. She regularly supports the team by offering to put away client materials and belongings, printing data sheets, and even going above and beyond with room cleaning to maintain welcoming therapy spaces. Taylor demonstrates a strong commitment to growth by asking clarifying questions, reviewing videos on how to implement prompting procedures, and standing out during Safety-Care training through her focus and thoughtful participation. Most importantly, she builds meaningful, trusting relationships with her clients through her engagement, kindness, and patience, helping them feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to learn. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic make her a truly deserving RBT of the Month!
