Bikini Universe at age 32 and competed as an IFBB bikini pro for 4 years which launched my professional modeling career and found my love of marketing. As a lifestyle influencer, I have represented brands such as Kroger, Gaspari Nutrition, Sunwarrior, and Lumen to name a few. I have appeared on Bravo, ABC, FOX, CW 33, OWN and featured in Oxygen, Women FitnessRX, Muscle & Fitness, Iron Man, D Magazine, and over 200 other magazine publications. I am a frequent speaker at industry events, having presented over 200 times. I studied marketing and entrepreneurship at Southern Methodist University. I am a student of life and always evolving.

And just like that…2025 changed me.

Not just professionally but personally, deeply, and permanently.

There were moments I was so proud of myself that I was on a high! Dreams unfolding. Growth I prayed for. Wins I worked relentlessly for.

And then there were moments that brought me to my knees. The kind of lows that break you open. The kind that makes you question everything you thought you knew about yourself.

But here’s what I learned:
The growth didn’t happen in the highs.
It happened in the silence, the setbacks, the uncertainty.

It happened when I had to meet a version of myself I’d never known before and I had to learn how to stand up anyway.

2025 taught me resilience.
It taught me self-trust.
It taught me that I am capable of rebuilding, even when I feel completely unhinged.🤪

I’m stepping into 2026 stronger, wiser, and resilient than ever before.💪🏻

Because the lows didn’t break me, they built me.

If you’re in a season that feels heavy right now, just know this is where growth begins.

😃Fun fact: Keith was my first life and business coach.

🤓He has taught me so much about these 2 subjects in life. He inspires me to continue to learn. It is no surprise to me that he has a JD and an MBA. He got these degrees while working full time. He never ceases to amaze me.🤩

An end of an era 💖

Plant Chics!

We rocked out with our broc out but it was not enough to keep the Plant Chics party going. It breaks our heart to inform you that we have decided to close down our business, Plant Chics.

We are officially closed and Plant Chics will no longer be offering any kind of services.

The decision to close down our business was NOT easy. Both of us have grown so much and have changed directions in our lives.

Over the years, we have enjoyed our friendships with you. You have definitely changed our lives for the better.

We would like to thank all of our Plant Chics for believing in us, we would have not have been as successful without your support and loyalty. Thank you for being with us throughout our ups and downs. We love each and every one of you who have been a part of this journey.

Just because Plant Chics is over that does not mean you can’t keep up with us. You can still follow us on our personal social media channels- and .

Active living🏃‍♀️

Active living is a way of life that integrates physical activity into your everyday routines, such as walking to the store or biking to work. 🚲

Instead of couch surfing on the weekends try hiking to get plugged into nature. 🏔

Instead of going to the gym to workout, try something like paddle boarding that incorporates all your muscles for balance and coordination without feeling like a typical workout. 🏄‍♀️

If the weather permits, try to do as many active living physical activities as you can.

There is nothing like good old fashioned walking in nature that is good for the soul. 🥰
