Shhh… move quietly — it’s International Ninja Day!
(Yes, it’s real, and it sneaks up every December 5.)

Today we honor the stealth, skill, and strategy of ninjas everywhere — from ancient legends, to the co-worker who somehow vanishes right before a meeting, to that one child who manages to reach the cookies like a mere whisper.

Stay sharp.
Stay sneaky.
Celebrate like a shadow.

National Native American Heritage Day is observed on November 24, the day after Thanksgiving. It’s a time to honor the rich cultures, traditions, and lasting contributions of Native Americans—whose history is deeply woven into the story of America. The bald eagle on the U.S. shield, for example, originates from the Iroquois symbol of strength and freedom.

Today, we celebrate through cultural displays, traditional foods, and storytelling, while also acknowledging the injustices Native communities have faced and continue to overcome.

Wishing you a warm, beautiful, peaceful Thanksgiving. From all of us at The Behavior Exchange.
