What a day at Cross Timbers! 🍦🐰🎶

Our residents enjoyed a fun outing with lunch at Rosa’s Cafe, followed by sweet treats for Free Cone Day at Dairy Queen—then wrapped it all up with a lively game of Music Bingo! And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better… the Easter Bunny made a special visit! 🐣💐

Days like these are full of smiles, laughter, and making memories together 💛

Mr. Harrison came to Cross Timbers following a recent hospitalization with increased weakness and decreased endurance. For someone who is still working and living an active lifestyle, this was a difficult setback.

Through his grit, determination, and commitment to therapy, he made incredible progress and is now returning home walking with just a cane. 👏

We are so proud of you, Mr. Harrison! You will be greatly missed. Wishing you all the best from your Cross Timbers Rehab Team 💙

🌟 Success Story at Cross Timbers!

After undergoing major surgery and facing a difficult start to rehab, Ms. Hill came to Cross Timbers with hope and determination to get better. Through hard work and daily therapy, she steadily rebuilt her strength.

She began by taking just a few steps, and with persistence and encouragement from our therapy team, progressed to walking down the hallways independently, improving her endurance and confidence each day. 🧡💙🧡💙

Now Ms. Hill is returning home to her apartment stronger, more confident, and ready for the next chapter. We are so proud of you, Ms. Hill!

Residents enjoyed a delicious SoulFest filled with classic comfort foods, great music, and even better company. From savory dishes to soulful vibes, it was the perfect way to bring everyone together for an afternoon full of flavor, fun, and memories.

With over 15 years of experience in long-term care and memory care, Angelique has served as a CNA, Med Tech, and Life Enrichment Coach. Her passion for resident care shines through in everything she does.

You can always find her helping wherever she’s needed, going above and beyond to make life more enjoyable for our residents. She loves creating lifelong memories with residents and their families — and you can always count on a good time and a party when she’s around! 🎉💙
