Today was a huge milestone for Tom Schiller! 💪
After months of being unable to put weight on his foot due to a non-healing wound, he took his first steps in therapy.

Some residents leave a lasting impression on us — and Betty Arnold is one of them 💙

When Betty arrived at Cross Timbers, she was unable to stand or transfer without extensive assistance. Through determination, positivity, and hard work, she showed up every day ready to improve — always the first at the gym door, always encouraging others, and always wearing a smile.

Before her discharge, she left us with these words:
“I will miss you all and love you! Thank you for helping me ❤️”

We are so proud of you, Betty. Your strength and spirit inspired everyone around you. You will be missed more than you know 💫

Another successful discharge home at Cross Timbers! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Mr. Elliott, who has successfully completed his rehabilitation and is returning home after making incredible strides toward independence and recovery.

Through hard work, determination, and the unwavering support of his wife and children, Joel reached this milestone in a remarkably short period of time. His dedication truly paid off, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Some residents leave a lasting impression on us—and Jack is one of them. 💙

After a long hospital stay, Jack came to Cross Timbers for rehabilitation unable to walk or stand without assistance. Through determination, hard work, and his ever-present smile and sense of humor, he kept pushing forward every day.

With his wife by his side, Jack made incredible progress and was able to return home needing very little help to get around. We will truly miss his jokes, his laughter, and the joy he brought to everyone around him.
