In our last video, we shared what to avoid to stay healthy this fall… now here’s what you should actually do too support your immune system this season.
1️⃣ Eating real, whole foods
Half of your plate should be colorful veggies — Greens, peppers, broccoli, squash… all the fall goodness.
2️⃣ Prioritizing hydration
Cooler weather makes it easy to drink less, but our bodies still need it. Set reminders, keep water bottles nearby, and stay consistent.
3️⃣ Managing stress + resting well
Your body can’t heal when it’s constantly stressed, and rest is not a luxury — it’s a necessity.
