In April 2024, we walked into a fertility clinic after trying naturally for six months, unsure of what the future would hold.

• First egg retrieval — August 2024: 2 healthy embryos
• Second egg retrieval — January 2025: no healthy embryos
• Embryo transfer — April 2025: miscarriage at 5.5 weeks
• Third egg retrieval — September 2025
• Embryo transfer — October 2025

After a lot of shots, waiting, loss, and life lessons, we are beyond grateful to share our happy news 🤍

I just finished a beautiful yoga class lead by at and I feel more like myself then I have in 2 months, when I had to pause my membership due to life things and busy schedule. I’ve been a part of the yoga world sense I could walk and has been my yoga family for longer than I can remember. Yoga is more than a workout for me, it helps to pull back all the scattered pieces of my mind and body in a way nothing else does. Something about the teaching, the other bodies, movement in my space to epic music just shifts something in my core. On my mat I’m truly loving myself. This looks different for everyone. Yoga for me, but it may be an outdoor run, swinging kettle bells or kicking a bag for you. Everyone deserves to feel safe and supported to love and take care for themselves. I’m thankful for my yogi community for offering this for me. I hope you too find your thing and run into the open arms of support to love yourself.
