I appreciate the people who show up to organize and plan events.
I could probably do it if I didn’t also run a small business
But I do.
The way this works best is when someone else initiates the engagement and allows me to show up and play my role. Especially in group settings. So there is no suspense, only magic. Only the thrill of bringing Light into the world that illuminates our hearts and minds. It is always worth the wait, trusting that divine timing has everything perfectly in order!

I will always be grateful for everything I have learned at . I miss the teachers and still go once a month to the virtual classes. But virtual learning will never replace humanity and the many people I had the honor of learning from. Especially those who took the time to show me proper form, understanding how to perfect the positions and correct my approach. My life will not be the same without them. Still hoping to find a new yoga home one day, one where I can study practice and teach at and share everything that was passed down to me forward for the next generation of aspiring yogis.

We bloom in our own time and our own way.
This year has been a lot of tilling the soil planting the seeds and watering them . Identifying what wounds I am healing before go on the adventure of restoration. I currently do not have any sound healing events on the schedule. But I do know what I’m healing now, for myself and for the collective. I don’t know who I’m working with nor do I know where or how exactly but that’s part of the discovery, right? So I’m excited to see what comes through. And then I will let y’all know. But in the meantime, I’ll be home, tending to my garden. Preparing for the next journey, getting ready to make some magic again. 🌷

It’s why you are here

So as it turns out, you don’t ever have to live anywhere else but in love at all times.

You don’t ever have to be anyone else who isn’t graced informed and masterfully conducted by love

Only you can decide to rise from every situation and extract the wisdom and the knowledge that will sustain your soul longterm.

You cannot learn for others.
You cannot correct others.
And your ego will hate that.
You will want to wag your finger at the world and demand better
But ultimately it’s on you.

You can deliberately take everything life throws at you and USE IT to create an amazing beautiful world to live in.

You have that power. That intelligence.
Your ancestors invested their being into this planet as millions of souls have walked their lifetimes in this earth over the centuries in search of truth and purpose and before they took their last breath that information was installed into fabric of the universe we now call home.

We must listen to the echoes of our ancestors and do right by them.
We must do the best we can with our time in this life embodied to leave our children and future grandchildren with better templates of living than what we have been given according to the upgrades of current technologies and applications of information.

We don’t have time to be destroyed.
We can pass on the temptation to get sucked into dramas that don’t serve our interests in living a beautiful life.

And we can do all that from a place of love, acknowledging no one is perfect. We are all here to learn and grow and do the the best we can with the time we are given. And for many that time can be cut short any moment, any day.

So let’s protect our consciousness and stay focused and give ourselves the chance to enjoy everything this life has to offer. 🛶
