Want to wish the best pup around a happy 10th birthday. Time sure does fly when you are having fun. Just seems like yesterday I was in PT school and taking you to training every week. Sure do miss those times but still enjoy our walks and playing fetch.

TWO WEEKS POST SHOW!!!!
It has almost been two weeks since my show and have been getting back into this reverse diet. Woke up at 173.6 today so 4-5 lbs above stage weight. Just trying to put these carbs to good use with my workouts. @ Fitness 4 Less Springdale

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Post!!!!! So today I turn 29 and I started looking back at old photos and what I have seen/learned is that at 29 I think I’m in the best shape of my life. Photos in order are at age 29, 28, 25, 21, and then 18. Hard to see the shapes I have taken throughout the years but glad to be where I’m at today. And I’m not done with slimming down so can’t wait to see where this year takes me. Hope everyone has a Great Friday.
