"I cannot thank Dr. Chrales at Mobile Therapy Services enough. I began receiving physical therapy in July 2025 for a knee issue and Dr. Charles recommended doing an EMG and nerve conduction study. He completed the study and it was discovered I have a lower back and nerve issue that was contributing to my knee pain.

Thanks to Dr. Charles and having the study completed, I have felt much more relief from him treating my nerve issue versus the total knee joint itself.

"I was referred to Mobile Therapy Services for an EMG due to neuropathy in my feet. The EMG test revealed that the neuropathy and sciatica pain was due to the nerves in my lower spine being compressed.

This was key to my diagnosis. I began therapy sessions with Dr. Stevens who recommended Deep Tissue Laser therapy treatments and exercise routines.

Dr. Charles is happy to announce he has completed his 750th EMG and has been approved by the national Physical Therapy Boards to sit for his formal board certification and earn the credential of Electrodiagnostic Clinical Specialist (ECS) to join the roughly 250 board certified physical therapists in the country.
