Happy Thanksgiving, sweet mamas & beautiful families 🧡🦃

Today my heart feels extra full. I’m grateful for every single mama who has trusted me, Lana and Mya to walk with you through pregnancy, postpartum, and all the stages of motherhood and women’s wellness.

I’m also deeply grateful for my own family, my husband, my girls, and every loved one who supports my purpose and encourages me to keep serving with love.

And above all… I’m grateful to God.
For the opportunity, the strength, and the beautiful gift He has given me to help so many mamas, babies, and entire families. Every session, every moment of healing, every story shared none of it is by accident. It is a blessing.

We’re so excited to introduce Mya Carrasco, LMT, our newest massage therapist in Frisco! 💆‍♀️💜

Mya is passionate about supporting moms through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, bringing both skill and compassion to her sessions. She’s trained in therapeutic, sports, lymphatic, and prenatal/postnatal massage and she’s ready to help you find relief and renewal. ✨

Fun fact: she loves pistachio lattes, Thai food, yellow roses, and relaxing to The Beatles or jazz 🎶🌹☕
