This morning I was reflecting on my journey over the last few years as I’ve built my company.

I started as an online fitness professional for women in 2018.

After working at our local CrossFit box for a few years, I decided that I wanted to go to the next level and create a business and schedule that worked for my family and allowed me to help more people.

Fast forward to today… Here’s the top 5 things that going online has allowed me to do:

I’m physically and mentally present when my kids wake up and come home from school. My family is number one and my company allows me to work my schedule around my boys and husband.

I have time, location and freedom. My energy is put into serving my clients and building the best possible fat loss program for women. Just yesterday, my team sent me 2 new success stories from some of our mamas.

I am able to help women learn how real fat loss works. We’ve added close to 150 women into BZH in 2022 alone from all over the U.S. I’m not limited to my physical location and can share my knowledge and experience with endless amounts of people.

We have built our dream home and are literally creating the life we only dreamed of a few years ago. We are in the process of building a home gym to shoot more educational content and videos for you and my clients.

⁣If I could give myself advice 8 years ago when I started my entrepreneurial journey, it would be:

⁣1. Brittani, when you feel burnt out or overwhelmed when self-doubt arises or inconsistencies show up in your business.. ⁣

Take a step back, shift your focus for a minute and rest. It’s okay to take breaks. You’re building a business that lasts and that takes time.

Find someone that will support, encourage and cheer you on. You’re going to need it.

2. ⁣Brittani, learn from those who are where you want to be. Ask for help quicker, go to the experts. Only take advice from someone you would trade places with.

Last week I shared my holiday strategy with my clients…we talked about the reasons TO EAT THE FOOD and enjoy every second with the ones we love.👏🏼

We don’t worry if we’ll fall off the wagon, or never return to our “diet” and workouts. That’s because we strive to live a healthy lifestyle VS. an intense, 6 week fad diet.

Those diets rarely last. They don’t teach you the skills you need to feel incredible & take care of your body while raising kids, running a family and being busy.

Learning to mesh your weekends, holidays and weekdays together is a GAME CHANGER! It’s possible to lose weight without sacrificing everything else in your life (holidays included)

“I have tried losing weight multiple times over the last few years and the scale barely budges. I’m hoping to be excited about my health and my body again!”

Rachel is a stay at home mom to 4 girls and is busy running around all day! “I rarely sit down.” 😴 She is a supermom, juggling between multiple pick ups and drop offs per day along with practice, church and everything that comes with keeping a house!

After having 4 pregnancies in the last 5 years she needed to take some time for herself and prioritize her health.

“I don’t recognize myself anymore, it's constantly on my mind - how unhappy I am about my body and it has really affected my confidence. 4 years ago doctors told me there wasn’t anything I could do to stop my stomach bloat…it was the normal stress of being a mom & having Hashimoto’s. They said it could get worse or better but it wasn’t anything that was in my control.

Unfortunately most Dr. visits left me crying and confused. I needed help, I wanted someone to dig into my specific situation and show me how to turn things around. I didn’t feel like myself and I didn’t know how to get back to normal “ME”

I started reading, researching and testing different approaches…4 years later I am so thankful that I didn’t give up and accept “normal.”

5 tips to decrease stomach bloat that changed my life…

1️⃣Stopped doing high intensity workouts and pushing myself to the limit daily.

2️⃣Took inventory of the stress in my life. I learned to eliminate where I could and work on skills to cope with stress better.

3️⃣Stopped eating Gluten and grains. Grains and Hashimoto’s do not mix well. Grains contain a gluten protein that causes inflammation, brain fog and several other symptoms that aren’t fun.

4️⃣I started taking walks outside to get fresh air, vitamin D and tap into my parasympathetic nervous system to help with stress and feeling overwhelmed.

5️⃣I started eating food rich in vitamins & minerals. I focused on anti inflammatory food combinations that helped flatten my stomach. (Sharing my de-bloat smoothie in stories today!)

Here we goooo!! Today 4️⃣2️⃣ BZH members are coming together for DAY ONE of our 12 week Transformation Challenge!

Pushing each other on and getting in the best shape of our lives in the next 12 weeks! 👏🏼

Here are my Day 1 photos! Ready for a “Reset” from the holidays and looking forward to gaining lean, femenine muscle over the next 90 days. This will be exactly what I need right before summer. I had so much fun over the holidays but now I’m craving a little more structure and looking forward to watching the changes (mentally and physically) over the next 12 weeks!
