Sound healing (often experienced as a sound bath) uses instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes to create soothing vibrations that support relaxation and nervous system regulation.
It’s less about “believing” in anything — and more about allowing your body to rest deeply.
