What often gets overlooked is this:
The body doesn’t shift from stable to symptomatic all at once.
There’s usually a long stretch where things still work but life requires more of your body than it used to.
More effort to stay focused
More recovery to feel like yourself
More structure just to maintain baseline
Because nothing has clearly “broken,” it’s easy to normalize.
To assume it’s just part of getting older.
Or simply the pace you’ve been keeping. Especially when your doctor says you’re fine.
But when demand increases and support doesn’t, the system starts to compensate.
Not loudly.
But consistently.
This is where a systems view becomes useful.
Not to fix everything but to understand where your body is asking for support.
Small adjustments, in the right place, tend to change the trajectory.
If this resonates, I invite you to book a breakthrough call with me. We’ll look at what your system may need holistically and where to begin. Link in bio.
