About this Giveaway:
Joseph Charles Hayes is my best friend who was taken away from us far too soon in December 2012 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. He’s been my best friend since I was 12 years old and holds an immeasurable place in the heart of myself, my family, and many others who were fortunate enough to know him, have a friendship with him, and love him. Joe loved to make jokes, laugh, play basketball, and watch the NY Knicks among many other things.

This year will mark the 13th anniversary of his passing & there will continue to be an Annual Joseph Charles Hayes Holiday Giveaway during the holiday months of November & December!

Giveaway Details:
🔹Prize: $222 Amazon Gift Card to represent Joe’s favorite number 22
🔸Any traveler who finalizes a 13-week contract (or extension greater than 4 weeks) between now until December 31st will be entered into the drawing for the giveaway prize.
*For this year – all travelers with 13-week contracts or extensions already finalized since November 1st will be eligible and automatically entered into the drawing*
*Drawing will take place on January 1st and winner will be announced; Winner will not be awarded giveaway prize until the first working day of the contract*

Kaitlyn came my way knowing she wanted to travel as a new grad, but had a unique scenario of logistics and traveling with a partner. As I commonly say - in the travel world, everyones' situations are completely different! After a lot of communication and brainstorming of travel realities and ideas - Kaitlyn was able to land herself in the area she was needing to be! Communication in the travel world goes A LONG way!! 👌🏻

Justin was brought over my way at CSM earlier this year by a traveler that has been working with me because she knew he was very interested in traveling in the future. Justin had a lot of questions and it was clear he was trying to make sure the travel world made sense for what he was planning to do. Fast forward a handful of months and he has locked in his first travel position! 👏🏻👏🏻

Most of the things we do daily are based on recommendations and input from other people we know and trust around us. The travel world is no different - except now you can earn some money in doing so!

A large majority of the folks that work with me for travel positions were either referred to me or have referred other therapists my way! I have paid out 10's of thousands of dollars in referral money to folks over the last 3+ years! 💰
•

Truth be told - referring therapists looking to travel & being able to help them out years ago is what got me intrigued about the recruiting space in the first place! I'm always trying to help out both new and current travelers as best I can - at the end of the day, I am still a clinician!! Andddd its official! 🥳🥳

Fiber Staffing is now officially accredited by the Joint Commission! This seal of approval has been in the works now for multiple years and is a process that times a lot of time, attention to details & hard work that often goes unnoticed by a lot of folks in the travel space!

I always tell folks there are 10 billion things constantly going on in the background day to day that make the travel world run. Most folks typically only see the part that involves themselves and their recruiter - and while that is super important and recruiters make things look very simple - I can tell you first hand from being on all aspects of this travel space - things behind the scenes are not in anyway what you think! Moving part after moving part on the hourly & daily basis! A lot of which is taken on by credentialing and support staff teams!
