🏋️‍♀️ *Sports Therapy Principles: Hamstring Rehab* 🏋️‍♂️

🔹 *DON’T AVOID IT* – Hamstring strains recover *faster* with guided loading. Keep moving, don’t let the injury stop you!

🔹 *LOAD EARLY* – Apply safe, progressive stress to tell the tissue to repair and remodel. Early loading = stronger comeback.

🔹 *HIGH VOLUME + LOW INTENSITY* – Use frequent, low‑load reps to build resilience *without* over‑stressing the damaged tissue. Consistency is key!

💡 Tip: Trust the process, stay consistent with guided exercises, and get back in the game stronger than before!

🎯 Cheer Performance Drills You NEED To Be Doing!

No matter your position — flyer, tumbler, side base, or main base — these drills are key for stronger, more controlled ankles 👣

🔥 Drills to add today:
1️⃣ Balance on a foam pad — looks easy, but it’ll test your stability 😤
2️⃣ One-legged side hops — power + balance
3️⃣ Ankle CARs — mobility meets control 👌
Start in plantar flexion → inversion → dorsiflexion → eversion.
Do full circles both directions for max control.

💡 Pro tip: You can even do these sitting at your desk — small moves that make a BIG difference in performance.
