I want to highly recommend this book. I wish it had been written and available for me to have read as a young man as it has invaluable advice. It's valuable reading for anyone of any age but I would encourge you to buy it for the young adults in your life and make sure they read it as well as yourself.

WOW did I ever get a great surprise tonight or I should say this morning. I've been impatiently waiting to see if I'd been selected to be a speaker at the upcoming IANDS, International Association of Near Death Studies Conference this coming August and had not heard a word. I took a look at their website checking out the conference and nearly fell out of my chair when I saw my picture and write up listed as a speaker at the General Session. Now I got to get to work getting this book finished.

Wouldn't it be nice if just for today......

a 24-hour trial period..........

that nobody posted anything political, controversial, argument-provoking on FB?
Perhaps only posted things that could possibly improve someone else's life, something for their better good, something that might make someone smile or feel better about themselves. Perhaps something that could touch someone to make their day better.

Everyone is so uptight and ready to argue at the least little thing anymore and it's not healthy.

I'll start with this meme and I'm going to follow my own suggestion for the next 24 hours.
